somewhere > records is an independent record label based at Brickwork Studios in Market Harborough. We exist to support and promote new music and provide opportunities for our team to learn new skills, connect with like-minded people, develop their creativity and gain experience of a real world music industry business.

The project is led by the Brickwork Studios studio team, all of them music and industry professionals with decades of knowledge, there to guide and mentor you in learning the skills and gaining the experience that interest you the most through regular workshops, studio sessions and a whole range of masterclasses and other events to help you grow your talent.

No experience necessary, we are a fully inclusive project! All you need is an interest in the creative industries and a willingness to contribute to the team and help make the label a success. We have a wide range of roles and opportunities available:
